Simi Valley's Halloween law is a bad trick, sex offenders say

A law enacted last month bars sex offenders from using Halloween decorations on their homes. A lawyer for five sex offenders is calling for an injunction, saying it violates their free speech rights.

Less than a month after approving restrictions on Halloween activities by registered sex offenders, the city of Simi Valley has been sued, accused of violating their 1st Amendment rights and those of their families.
